About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 40 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

Fabric: Bridal white satin, sheer pink organza The darted bodice is completely lined. It is made of white satin, with a pleated organza front overlay, and organza ruffles going from center front to center back, attached with double ruffled pink satin over white nylon lace. Sweetheart neckline has lace around the inside of the open neck. A tiny ribbon bow with a center bead embellishes the center front of the dip in the sweetheart neckline. Full 8-gored skirt is hand pleated at the waist seam for a professional finish. Skirt fit over a 100-yard crinoline (not included). The base is made of satin, and the bottom tier is made from sheer pink organza, finished with a narrow white lace along the top edge, and a wider flat lace along the hem. It is attached with a wide ruffled floral white lace. The organza overskirt is made with seven petals, and is finished with the organza ruffles. Tiny little ribbon bows with a center bead are attached at the seam intersections. The side sashes stem from the side seams and are made of organza to create a pretty bow at the back. Full pouffy sleeves are hand pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish and elasticized at the upper arm for a comfortable fit. They are cut out twice from the organza, the inside sleeve slightly smaller than the outside sleeve. I tried to show the double layer in one photo, where I am pinching the inside layer. White flat lace is attached to an elasticized cuff. Center back zipper, with hook & eye closure, and a little snap to connect the lace ruffles. Matching bloomers have three rows of pink organza ruffles across the back. They are elasticized at the waist and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The hems are finished with white lace. Two little pink satin ribbon bows adorn the side seams. Center back has an elastic loop to attach bloomers to the same hanger as the dress. A matching choker helps to fill in the open neck design, made of white satin and white lace, featuring a pink satin ribbon bow at the center front.
