About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... since the mid '70s. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

"My Barbie Skirt" by UniKaren Designs PHOTOS ARE COPYRIGHT TO UNIKARENDESIGNS. If you wish to use any photos of me modeling my dresses on your website, you MUST obtain permission. Fabric: Pink gingham poly/cotton blend, white lightweight satin. Description: Almost a full circle skirt, this skirt is made from lightweight white satin on the base, nice and soft on the underside. The bottom tier is made from satin, with a wide flat floral lace. The ruffles alternate with fabric ruffles and ruffled wide white lace. The fabric ruffles are finished with lace trim along the top edge and hem, attached with white ruffled lace. The waistband is elasticized for a comfortable fit. If you don't care for an elasticized band and don't have an appropriate belt, there is a sash you can cover it with. The sash measures 33" through the main section, and is interfaced for sturdiness. The two tie ends measure 27" from there to create a perky little bow at the center back. A pretty fabric wristlet will adorn your wrist. It is elasticized and fits 7" unstretched. It is made to match the ruffles on the drawstring tote. The ruffles have a rolled hem along the edges. The front features a double bow made of white satin ribbon. A drawstring tote for hankies and small change, a place to carry your credit cards, lipstick, candy, keys, etc. The outside features two rows of rolled-hem ruffles. The strap measures 19.5", long enough that you could put it over your shoulder, yet short enough that you can carry it as a tote as is. Interior is lined with white satin. Completely finished on the inside. A single "drawstring" is made from the print, with pony beads on the ends. A removable white satin bow adorns the opposite side. Top edge has white ruffled lace. Base is circular measuring 4.25" across. It measures 11" high from the circular base to the top. If you have questions, just ask.
