About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 40 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

Fabric: Pinky/lavender lightweight satin, 100% cotton print Underskirt is made of satin, the bottom tier trimmed with narrow flat lace along the top edge, and wider flat lace along the hem, attached with a double ruffled white satin over nylon lace. Above the bottom tier is an extra row of ruffles, trimmed with silver & white lace along the top and bottom edges, attached with silver & whtie ruffled lace. The overskirt is made of pale pink organza, consists of 6 panels, finished with ruffles from the same, with silver & white lace on the top and bottom edges, attached with ruffled silver & white lace. At the intersection of the seams, there is pink satin ribbon bow. The bodice is made of the cotton print. It has a pink satin bib attached to the front, with wide ruffles trimmed in silver & white lace going from center front over the shoulders to the back. They are attached with silver & white ruffled lace. The front bib has an intricate embroidered design of a butterfly among flowers, and the colors chosen for the design match the design in the print. Pink satin bows adorn the waist seam where the ruffles meet the skirt. The Peter Pan collar is made of two layers of cotton interfaced, with ruffled lace sandwiched between them. The finishing is a binding of same, with a pink ribbon bow at the center front. Full pouffy sleeves are made with a peek-a-boo opening at the top, with a pink satin bow to finish off the point. Hand pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish and elasticized for a comfortable fit. White flat lace finishes the hems. Pink organza sashes stem from the side seams to create a bow over the center back. The neckline is finished with a hook & eye closure at the back to help keep it closed when zipped up. Matching satin bloomers are lined for stability and softness, and have two rows of ruffled satin with silver & lace trim across the back. They are elasticized at the waist and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The hems are finished with wide flat white lace. Pink satin bows embellish each side of the leg opening. Center back has the garment label, and an elastic loop to attach bloomers to the same hanger as the dress. Two matching hair bows on barrettes complete the ensemble. They are made of the satin fabric. They are attached to barrettes.
