About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 33 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

All reasonable efforts are made to accurately display the attributes of the products, including the appropriate colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and there is no guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. Fabric: Deep, dark satin the color of a cross between dark brown and burgundy, with coordinating burgundy organza covered in little spots of silver; white nylon lace. Skirt fits a full petti, shown here on 17" 100-yard crystalline one (not included). Gored skirt falls in a beautiful circle, with a bottom tier of satin trimmed in wide white lace. Ruffles are made from the organza, with the flat white trim along the bottom edge, and white flat lace along the top edge. They are attached with wide ruffled white lace. Darted fitted bodice features an overlay of organza down the center. Wide organza ruffles trimmed in white lace go from center front to center back, attached with wide white ruffled lace. Stand-up collar features the organza over the satin. It has ribbon loops at the back through which a locking mechanism can be inserted (not included). Sashes stem from the side seams, and tie into a perky pretty bow over the center back zipper, with the ties falling beautifully over the back of the skirt. Full pouffy sleeves are elasticized for upper arm comfort, hemmed in wide white lace to match the skirt. An overlay of organza covers the upper portion of the sleeve, trimmed with white flat lace before being embellished with organdy ruffles matching the rest of the ensemble. White and burgundy ribbon bows finish off the sleeves. Pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish. Matching bloomers feature a single row of organdy ruffles across the back. Elasticized at the waist and leg openings for guaranteed fit. They are finished with wide white flat scalloped lace. A center hoop at the back can be used to insert a chain from the top back of the dress into the bloomers for a more lockable effect. Or use it to place on a hanger to accompany the dress.
