About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 40 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

"Deluxe French Maid" by UniKaren Designs PHOTOS ARE COPYRIGHT TO UNIKARENDESIGNS. If you wish to use any photos of me modeling my dresses on your website, you MUST obtain permission. Fabric: Black bridal satin, white Italian satin, white shimmery organza. Skirt: Base skirt is made from black bridal satin. Very full skirt will fit over a 100-yard crinoline, shown here (not included). Bottom tier is finished with 4" wide white scalloped lace. Overskirt is a shorter version of the full skirt, made from white satin. Organza ruffles are finished with white lace on both edges, and are attached with a black and white lace that features black hearts in the design. Dartless black satin bodice features a white satin attached bib, with white organza ruffles going from the sides of the bib to the center back. These are attached with a double ruffles satin & nylon lace. The center of the bib has a lined heart shape made of white satin, attached and trimmed with the black heart trim. A black organza bow finishes off the top center of the heart. Peter Pan collar is made of black satin and has black piping trimming the outer edge. At the center front of the collar is a little finishing touch of a circular organza flower with a white satin rosette in the center. Full poufy sleeves hold their own shape well due to the quality of the satin. They are pleated at the shoulder for a professional and even finish. The hems are finished with the wide white lace as in the base of the skirt. At the sides of each sleeve is a large organza bow, tied in the center with the miniature organza flower like the one at the collar. Skirt will fit over a 100-yard crinoline (not included).		MEASUREMENTS Chest: 44" Waist: up to 40" Bodice: 18.5" (Bodice measured from mid shoulder, straight down the back to the waist seam) Skirt: 17" Length from shoulder to hem: 35.5" Across upper back: 17" Neck: 22" ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ REMEMBER THIS !! You can always wear a dress that is too large, but you cannot wear one that is too small. Check measurements, please! If you have questions, just ask.
