About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 40 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create. Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

"Pink Chevron" by UniKaren Designs PHOTOS ARE COPYRIGHT TO UNIKARENDESIGNS. If you wish to use any photos of me modeling my dresses on your website, you MUST obtain permission. Fabric: Baby pink cotton combined with pink & white chevron print cotton. Full 8-gored skirt is hand pleated at the waist seam for a professional finish. Bottom tier features a ruffle made from the chevron print, with white lace trimming the hem. The upper ruffle is made from the solid fabric, with edges finished and trimmed with white lace, attached with ruffled light pink lace. This upper ruffle goes all the way around and sweeps up to the center back. On the front of the skirt, the ruffles lifts at two places to help peek-a-boo the chevron print in the ruffles below. Between the sweeps are yards and yards of ruffles made from the chevron print. Skirt will fit over a 100-yard crinoline (not included). Bodices is made from the chevron print, and features a bib made from the solid pink over the center front. Along the edges of the bib from center front to center back are ruffles made from the solid fabric, finished with lace trim along the edges and attached with light pink ruffled lace. Peter Pan collar has white piping sandwiched between the layers and is attached with a white bias strip. At the center front waist, two white satin ribbons finish off the seam where the ruffles of the bodice intersect with the skirt. Solid sashes stem from the side seams to create a perky bow over the center back. Full pouffy sleeves are hand pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish and elasticized at the upper arm for a comfortable fit. They feature the traditional UniKaren overlay in a triangular shape, and are trimmed with ruffles that match the skirt. Hems are finished with flat white lace. A soft white satin ribbon bow embellishes the point of the overlay of each sleeve. Matching bloomers have two rows of ruffled printed fabric across the back, attached with the light pink ruffled lace. They are elasticized at the waist and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The hems are finished with white lace to go with the rest of the outfit. The center back waist of the bloomers features a ribbon, to use on the same hanger as the dress.
