About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 40 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

"Start School" by UniKaren Designs PHOTOS ARE COPYRIGHT TO UNIKARENDESIGNS. If you wish to use any photos of me modeling my dresses on your website, you MUST obtain permission. Fabric: Lightweight plaid taffeta combined with white satin Skirt fits a full petti, shown here on 17" 100-yard crystalline one (not included). Pleated skirt falls in a beautiful circle. Bottom tier is white satin, with narrow white lace trim on the hem. Above the white ruffle is a narrower plaid ruffle with lace trim on the top and bottom edges, and is attached with double ruffled satin-over-nylon white lace. Flat bodice features a mock bib; a bib sewn on the center front with ruffles going from the center front to center back. Ruffles are attached with the double ruffled lace trim. Peter Pan collar features the double ruffled satin -over-nylon lace sandwiched between the layers. The neck facing is made from the plaid fabric, and shows off a pretty white bow in the center front. Sashes stem from the side seams, and tie into a pretty bow over the center back zipper, with the ties falling beautifully over the back of the skirt. It is extra long and surpasses the length of the skirt. Full pouffy sleeves are pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish. Elasticized for upper arm comfort. Loosely fit 13" and will stretch. Ribbon bows embellish the sides of the sleeves. The hems of the sleeves are finished with the plaid fabric as a nice finish to bring the outfit together. White satin bows finish off the sides of the sleeves. Shortie bloomers accompany the dress, with wide white lace along the leg openings. There is one row of ruffles on the back, dipping down, with a large white satin bow pinned in place (can be removed). Elasticized waist and leg openings. Ribbon loop at center back to hang on hanger with dress.		MEASUREMENTS Chest: 44" Waist: 39" Bodice: 19" (mid shoulder to waist) Waist to hem: 18.5" Across Back: 17" Neck: 23" Bloomers: Waist: 31-52" Leg openings: 18-32" Inseam (crotch to hem incl. lace): 6" ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ REMEMBER THIS !!
