Personally I don't really like floral prints, but I really like what I did with these designs.
The tulip one features a bit of quilt piecing to create a tulip.
It features a "square" with ruffles, to fall over a separate skirt which consists of 8 white gores with a single tier of burgundy.

| Alexander Henry print of Hawaiian ladies amongst the ferns. Colors are mulberry, salmon, turquoise, mauve. Solid fabric is 100% cotton chambray, color is dusty dark salmon. Trimmed in black ruffled lace. Top has inverted V-neck trimmed in black piping. One gore features applique of Hawaiian ladies overlooking upsweeping ruffle, laying atop 5 rows of ruffled black lace. | ||
