About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 33 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

"School Uniform" by UniKaren Designs PHOTOS ARE COPYRIGHT TO UNIKARENDESIGNS. If you wish to use any photos of me modeling my dresses on your website, you MUST obtain permission. Fabric: Bodice: White shantung with satin side used on outside. Plaid: Wool red & black classic tartan. School girl outfit has white satin bodice with a mock bib made of red & green plaid fabric... The bib is sewn on with a ruffle along the sides and over to the back, with white scalloped lace along both edges and attached with a double ruffled white satin over nylon lace. Skirt is full circle, with a bottom tier. Upper ruffle goes all the way around and sweeps up to center back. Between the sweeps are yards and yards more ruffles - making the outfit heavier than average (sorry!). Peter Pan collar is made from satin and has same pretty double ruffled lace as bodice ruffles. Sleeves are pleated at the top, with elastic for upper arm comfort, two sets of white lace trim to match the ruffles finishes them off. Center back zipper. Plaids match everywhere in the outfit where possible. Sashes stem from the sides of the bib and tie into a perfect bow at the back. Two plaid bows adorn the center front.		MEASUREMENTS Chest: 42" Waist: up to 37" Shoulder to waist: 18" Waist to hem: 22" Total Shoulder to Hem: 40" Shoulder to shoulder across the back: 15 3/4" ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ REMEMBER THIS !! You can always wear a dress that is too large, but you cannot wear one that is too small. Check measurements, please! If you have questions, just ask.
